mx888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity (government-issued photo ID), and proof of Indonesian residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mx888 may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money gaming Services on mx888, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may hold only one Account on the mx888 platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo identification card (KTP or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a photograph of the payment method used (e.g., a partial bank account screenshot).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mx888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• mx888 reserves the right to lock an Account pending investigation if unusual login activity or suspicious transactions are detected.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. mx888 will treat all transactions and wagers placed through your Account as having been authorised by the Account holder unless you have notified us in writing of a security breach prior to those transactions taking place.

All financial transactions on the mx888 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via the following approved methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. mx888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals via any of these methods.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All bets and wagers placed on the mx888 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. In addition, the following general rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. mx888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or software malfunctions — mx888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant Accounts. mx888 is not obligated to honour bets placed under erroneous conditions.
• For sportsbook products, including markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF, all settlements will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mx888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game type in order to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mx888. mx888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and Services — regardless of the cause of action and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mx888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or entirely free from errors, interruptions, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service outages, and force-majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures) may temporarily affect the availability of the Services. mx888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mx888 customer support via live chat. Upon closure of your Account at your request, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

mx888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or void any Balance or Bonus Funds associated with that Account — in the event of:
